    Deposit Required: A deposit of $1000 US per person is required upon booking. Once this Online Signup Form has been received, you will be emailed a Reservation Form and Limited Liability and Waiver Form to fill out and return with your Deposit.

    We prefer your Deposit to be made by check. Please make the check out to Eat Smart Culinary Travel and send with the required forms to Joan Peterson, Eat Smart Culinary Travel, 2018 Chamberlain Ave., Madison, WI 53726.

    If you prefer to pay your deposit via credit card, we can set up a private, secure link. We will add a non-refundable fee of 4% to the deposit amount to cover any credit card fees we may incur.
