Payment: A deposit of $500 US per person is required upon booking. Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a Reservation Form to fill out and return.

Final Payment: Due 60 days prior to departure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If a written or faxed notice of cancellation is received from passenger 60-90 days or more prior to departure, all advance deposits will be refunded.
If cancellation is made 59 – 30 days before departure, the cancellation charge is 50% of the tour cost.
If cancellation is made 29 – 15 days before departure, the cancellation charge is 75% of the tour cost.
If cancellation is made 14 – 1 days before departure, the cancellation charge is 100% of the tour cost.
(Refunds will be returned after the conclusion of the tour.)

It is for this reason we strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance at the same time the journey reservation is made. Please refer to the specific journey details, especially for private and hosted journeys, as policies may differ.
