A non-refundable* deposit of $2,962.50 USD per person sharing a room, or $3,412.50 for single occupancy, is required upon booking.
Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a Reservation Packet to fill out and return.
*Your deposit is refundable until you have been notified that the tour has filled and the deposits have been sent to our Africa tour operator, at which point the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation prior to 70 days before departure: Forfeiture of deposit. Cancellation made 69 – 1 days before departure, the cancellation charge is 100% of the tour cost.
