vomFass's new culinary space, DelecTable, offers up exciting, interesting, and unique culinary experiences. The space has allowed us to showcase the wonderful cuisines of the world we've written about in our EAT SMART series of culinary travel guidebooks, while giving the authors the opportunity to talk about the history of the food and why it's important in the region. We feel that knowing a country's food is the best way to learn about a culture, and put this into practice when we lead culinary tours around the world.

Our next Dinner with the Author series will feature Joan Peterson and "Eat Smart in Turkey." Executive chef Edward Chwae will be preparing delicious dishes from the book and each dish will be paired with traditional Turkish beverages. Joan will discuss the dishes, Turkish food from a historical standpoint, and her experiences in Turkey. Join us for a memorable family-style Turkish dinner!
